Report a Price Correction
We check prices on a fixed cycle, but a provider can change a price at any moment, and between two checks a figure on this site can fall out of date through no fault of the process. Reports are the fastest way we find out.
Anyone can report an inaccuracy. That includes a reader who found a mismatch at checkout and a provider who believes we have published a price, fee, term, or verification record incorrectly about them. Both routes are treated the same way and both are investigated.
How to report
What we need from you
Email pencompare.uk@gmail.com with as much of the following as you have. A partial report is still worth sending, but the more complete it is, the faster we can verify it.
- The provider name
- The treatment, dose, and quantity concerned
- The price you saw, and what it included
- The URL of the page where you saw it
Do not include any health information about yourself in this form.
A correction form will replace this email route once the approved form plugin is installed.
What happens next
Four steps, and you hear from us at the end of them whether or not your report changed anything.

Acknowledgement
We confirm that your report has reached us, so you are not left wondering whether it was received.

Investigation
We check the figure against the provider’s live page ourselves rather than asking the provider to confirm its own price.

Outcome
We tell you what we found, including when the figure turned out to be correct and nothing changed.

Correction note
Where a figure changes, the listing records that it was corrected and when, and its checked date is updated at the same time.
